Exercises include a mixture of warm-up and stretch, muscular strength and cardio movements. Stability drills help strengthen the limbs whilst promoting flexibility, and light aerobic work helps with cardio capacity and circulation. What's more, newly developed facial exercises are a rare inclusion to the fitness program and are said to enhance skin elasticity and promote a more youthful looking appearance.
Diana Moran says: "This is a fitness program with a difference. For the first time, our newly developed EasiFit exercises will ensure that working out isn't exclusive to the super fit, but accessible to everyone."
The team of demonstrators were personally selected by Diana to help demonstrate how easily the fitness program can be implemented into the daily routine of everyone, even the over 60's.
